@lbc the difference between the case you are talking about and the rioters, is that rioters who got sent down are those that pleaded guilty. There are multiple layers to the Manchester case, which means it will take longer. Stop parroting the “two tier policing” line. @Ofcom

This is dangerous. You are undermining the police. And to invite a phone in about it is highly risky and could prejudice the case. You could literally just tell your listeners that lots of cases take longer than this, and that it’s a complex case. Instead you whip up hatred.

Looking forward to tomorrow morning, when @NickFerrariLBC and @LBC will be blasting the farmers and demanding that the police take a tough approach against them and lock them up for as long as the JSO protestors. People will die because ambulances won’t get through etc. etc.

Yesterday was the deadline for Biden’s ultimatum to Israel… He said Israel had to allow in 350 food trucks of aid per day, or risk losing US arms sales By any measure, even Israel’s, that ultimatum was not met So what now? This will be your legacy @JoeBiden.
Israel has today failed to meet the US ultimatum on aid to Gaza. @FactCheck has the numbers: 🧵

Lest we forget just £9.5m of over £23m raised by the Tower Poppies was given to charity & that included a £1.1m VAT rebate. Millionaire hedge fund manager Ben Whitfield made a seven-figure profit and doubled his money' from financing the Tower of London poppy artwork display.

Media’s latest campaign - “Farage Fellating the Fuhrer” - plugging the notion of Farage becoming our ambassador to the US. As if he would act in the country’s interest. 🤦‍♂️ Anyone pushing this agenda can fuck off! It ain’t “Babs behind the bar” you dumb fucks.

This whole idea isn’t just incredibly stupid because Farage is an absolute numpty. It’s also stupid because Farage would act in the interests of Trump and himself, rather than the U.K.
Have people lost their god damm minds ??!

I am always bemused when American evangelical Christians clutch their pearls about the rise of Islam and how oppressive and backwards a religion it is. And then you talk to them about pretty much anything and their views align with extremist Islam.

#BBCLauraK your interviewing technique absolutely stinks. Telling Rachael Reeves her budget reeks of an attack on class! If that’s the case, did you hold the Tory’s to the same level of criticism regarding their treatment of the poor and the young?

Prince William is creating homelessness by charging excessive rents for substandard accomodation. And then saying he is going to fix it, by getting you to donate money. Do you see how the con works now? It is the same everywhere.

In the 1930s, Adolf Hitler's Nazi's called disabled people "parasites". This week, Rupert Murdoch's highly paid TalkTV International Editor, Isabel Oakeshott, called disabled people "parasites". Why are virtually all our spinless politicians & compromised news media silent?

I’m seeing video of drop boxes being set on fire in the states, destroying hundreds of ballots. How lax is America when it comes to voting that you can just put your ballot paper in a remote unprotected box? It’s insane how insecure their system is.

Trump supporters are lighting ballot boxes on fire because they know they're going to lose.
The Clark County Elections ballot drop box at the Fisher's Landing Transit Center was lit on fire this morning. Clark Co. Auditor Greg Kimsey says hundreds of ballots were inside at the time, the last pickup being 11AM Saturday. Full story here katu.com/news/local/vancouve… @KATUNews

Why are we hearing so much about the 4% of people who are landlords, and 7% who go to private school, rather than the more than 9 in 10 of us who do not? How coverage of the Budget has been heavily slanted towards the interests of a wealthy minority adambienkov.co.uk/p/you-want…
