Lagos State Building Control Agency @LasbcaA forcibly evicted residents of #Otto communities in Lagos Mainland over the weekend — yet Otto is one of 7 communities earmarked by the Lagos State Urban Renewal Agency @lasura01 for upgrading. This is not the kind of upgrading we want!
