Day 4 of the STEP 2.0 Kenya Workshop marked a pivotal moment in the journey. The workshop continued with deeper engagement as participants began finalising their action plans, focusing on creating a sense of urgency, building powerful coalitions, and crafting a clear vision for change.
Facilitators Bruce Bennet, Daljit Singh, and Namrata Singh led thought-provoking sessions and practical activities, including impactful demonstrations such as the elevator speech, helping participants communicate their transformation goals with clarity.
Coach Katie Patterson from Pfizer guided participants through the use of the SCORE tool to assess readiness for change. This was followed by insightful sessions from Collins Jaguga of IQVIA, who explored the topic of Target Setting, and Lara Fernandez Cerezo from Merck, who shared valuable perspectives on Resource Sharing.
Today’s sessions were designed to challenge participants to translate ideas into measurable, impactful commitments—ensuring they return to their workplaces equipped with plans that are both ambitious and actionable.
