Per anni ci hanno detto che la colpa della mancanza di bagnini e camerieri era del Reddito di cittadinanza.
Lo hanno abolito, ma i lavoratori continuano a mancare e ora li cercano persino all'estero.
Forse il problema non era chi riceveva un sussidio, ma stipendi bassi, contratti precari e condizioni di lavoro poco attraenti.
Tolto il capro espiatorio, è rimasto il problema. E le promesse si sono sciolte come neve al sole.
