Our Lab focuses on identifying and characterising new drug targets that contribute to pain and inflammation and developing novel drug delivery systems.
Today I had the opportunity to present my PhD work at the #APMC13 conference in Brisbane, where I talked about my approach to automate image analysis of goblet cells. π¬π¨
Looking forward to the rest of the conference and thanks to all the organisers! @INMLAB@AmmsStudent
Having a blast at @LBBB_meeting, I have already learnt so much and am excited to keep the discussions going over the next few days. Thanks for having me @LBBB_meeting and to the wonderful organisers (Kristen, Ada, Alain, Khalil, Alyce) for such a great meeting so far.
A fantastic kick-off of #LBBB2024 with our 1st session in ENS Development and Stem Cell Therapies. We had an engaging discussion session with @melanie_scharr @NS_Mahdavian @RhianStavely
So great to see this out! ππΌππΌππΌ Congratulations @pr4deepr. This was a huge effort (with many international collaborators) to develop an image analysis toolbox that Iβm certain will support many researchers in the neuro-gastro community @ANGMA_AU@INMLAB@MIPS_Australia
Gut analysis toolbox (GAT) is out! Its based in Fiji & aims to automate image analysis tasks in gut neuroscience.Using AI models you can segment neurons. We use GAT to characterize neuronal distribution & reveal regional differences via spatial analysis @INMLAB
Next up for the inaugural @LeicaMicro webinar series we have @almostdrash representing the @INMLAB here @MIPS_Australia talking about hyperspecteal imaging and its use for investigating Hirschsprung disease
Today's #FluorescenceFriday features a stunning Swiss Roll of human colon labelled for innervation markersπ¨. This was captured at incredible speed using our @VisiTech_UK iSIM microscope to image 1456 individual tiles, each with 21 Z-Steps! π¬ Work from @MatthewRowe_ π
Great work to @NS_Mahdavian for her excellent presentation about neuromuscular function in Hirschsprung Disease at the annual Monash Neuroscience Symposium!π¬It was also fantastic to hear the wide variety of neuroscience that is being studied by researchers across @MonashUni π§ π§¬
