I had no idea mini churros were this easy to make 😋 The video shows a super simple version using just five ingredients — butter, milk, water, sugar, and flour. You basically bring everything to a boil, stir in the flour to make the dough, then pipe it out using a piping bag with a star tip. Then you can use kitchen shears to cut them to whatever length you want. Deep fry them till they're golden and crispy and toss them in more sugar (he doesn't show this, but you absolutely can add some cinnamon to your sugar). He also doesn't show how to make the chocolate dip for them, which made me think… while churros are great on their own, a little chocolate definitely doesn’t hurt. You could use store-bought sauce, make something easy at home, or just spread some Nutella on them for a fast treat. Would you rather keep them plain or go for a dipping sauce?

This Airbnb in the Appalachian Mountains is not for the faint of heart. To get there, you have to climb 177 floating steps and cross a suspension bridge. And yes, they strongly recommend leaving the suitcases behind. Once you make it to the top, though, you’re rewarded with this insane Cliff House tucked into the mountainside. They spent the night sitting outside in the dark playing cards and getting eaten alive by bugs… and somehow still had a great time.
