Allow small circles to gradually expand as the body warms and opens. 2. Let the breath guide the movement. Maintain a steady, natural rhythm, never forced. 3. Unify the body. Coordinate upper and lower movements so that internal intention and external form remain harmonized. 4. Release tension. Move with mindful intention rather than muscular force. Imagine drawing silk from a cocoon, continuous, connected, and unhurried. Today’s focus is on cultivating patience, softness, and quiet strength. Practice each movement 8–10 repetitions.
