We just had a short write-up published by
@GoogleDeepMind on our work
@InstalilyAI. What I appreciated about the piece is that it captures something we spend a lot of time explaining in conversations, but rarely see written down clearly.
#AI-native systems are fundamentally different from
#SaaS systems. In a SaaS world, new outcomes usually mean new rules, new workflows, or custom logic.
In an AI-native system, new outcomes should come from the same architecture learning from new context.
Different use cases, yet all powered by:
- The same connector layer into systems of record.
- The same editable enterprise-memory layer, InstaBrainโข, which captures tribal knowledge and produces a vertical-specific SLM.
- The same orchestrated agent layer that executes work in a governed, repeatable way.
What changes is the context and the learning, not the code.
Googleโs team captured this distinction well in the post. If youโre thinking seriously about what โAI-nativeโ actually means in production, itโs worth a read.
Thanks to the
@GoogleDeepMind team and Matt Ridenour,
@OfficialLoganK , Paige Bailey,
@ammaar, Erchit Sood PMP for the opportunity to share how our unique architecture is creating real impact in
#VerticalAI.
