Following intensive talks, we are pleased to announce that the Peace Deal between the United States of America and Islamic Republic of Iran has been REACHED. Both sides have declared the immediate and permanent termination of military operations on all fronts, including in Lebanon.
The official signing ceremony will be on Friday, 19 June in Switzerland.
We would like to thank the United States of America and the Islamic Republic of Iran for their commitment to finding a diplomatic solution to the conflict. We would also like to extend our sincere appreciation to our brothers in this mediation effort, the great leadership of State of Qatar, for their support in reaching this agreement. I would also especially thank the visionary leadership of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Republic of Türkiye for their immense contributions in this regard.
With the agreement now in place, mediators will facilitate a series of meetings this week. These pre-implementation discussions will lay the foundation for the technical talks and the official signing ceremony.

CNN did a segment on Freddy, the German soccer tourist, and sports analyst Christine Brennan claimed "I saw some conversation, Wolf and Pamela, about how the rest of the world is looking at the United States and feeling that we are—it's a foreboding image and that we are inhospitable...But how wonderful again, that sports can bring people here and show people that the United States and you know, the South is welcoming a German tourist in a way we would never have anticipated"

Teddy Roosevelt was one of America's greatest presidents and he regularly staged combat sports at the White House, even fighting in boxing matches and jujitsu. Like Donald Trump, he saw physical courage and tough competition as virtues intrinsic to America. The sneering of Dems and effete broadsheet journalists reveals their pusillanimity, not the sophistication they imagine. How embarrassing for them.

The judge is substituting her own judgment for that of agency. It’s pure lawlessness—and an indication why, properly understood, the APA does not authorize individual district judges to afford nationwide relief.

This - the state funding lawyers to sue the state to compel it to do leftist things - is one of the most important ways modern Western governments coordinate. It's very Kafkaesque.
We have a large and complex network of state funded NGOs that sue the state on a variety of causes.
No specific one for only housing I think, but it isn't needed, they get free legal assistance for almost every cause and they already have priority on housing over natives.

The transgender movement started gaining serious traction shortly after the courts redefined marriage. It was always about money and power for liberal activists.
Once they realized they could convince parents of perfectly healthy kids that they were trapped in the wrong body, the profit machine really kicked in tens of millions of dollars in puberty blockers, hormones, and surgeries.
Now the mask is slipping. Cleveland Clinic just agreed to end all youth gender medical interventions and commit millions to detransition care following federal investigations into billing practices. This follows the same pattern at Texas Children’s Hospital.
This was never compassionate care. It was ideological capture and greed targeting vulnerable children and families.
We must protect kids from this experiment. Accountability is long overdue.

Again, voters who showed up in person and were all rejecting the tax increase. It was only late mail in ballots, that all came in overwhelming supporting Democrats that pushed through the tax

Democrats passed a law that automatically raises California's gas tax every year.
On July 1, it rises again to 63.4 cents per gallon, the highest state gas tax in America.
When the law passed in 2017, the tax was 27.8 cents per gallon.
Now they're wondering why Californians are furious about the cost of living.
It's one of Sacramento's great mysteries.
