Landslides are powerful and potentially deadly, capable of washing out roads, bridges, and homes. Landslides can occur year-round but are more prevalent during the warm season and tropical season when excessive rainfall potential tends to be higher. #scwx #ncwx #gawx

Bunker Hill’s 32-21 loss to Newton-Conover was stopped after a referee tossed more than a dozen fans out mid-game. The ref called multiple techs, including during warmups. The school district said there was “unsportsmanlike behavior” but no fighting.
