BREAKING: SpaceX raised $85.7 billion in its IPO, the company says. That is $10.7 billion more than the $75 billion first reported. The extra cash came from underwriters fully exercising their overallotment option. They bought 83 million more shares on top of the base deal. Full exercise in 3 trading days signals very strong investor demand. SpaceX sold a total of 638.8 million shares at $135 each. The stock closed Friday up 19% at $160.95 under ticker SPCX.
