Some Russian TG channels started to promote the tensions between Wagner and FAMA in Mali after the failure of Tin-Zautin.
They describe FAMA as cowards, lacking authority, morals and leadership.

Mutinies seek policy change short of regime change (e.g., better pay, change in mil. leadership, etc). Wagner turning back seems to signal this was a mutiny from the beginning. Along with Prigo broadcasting intentions, which coup plotters rarely do!
