Our hearts are broken. We @UNEP mourn the loss of so many @UN @UNRWA colleagues. We echo the calls for #HumanitarianCeasefire. We are also deeply aware that the toxic trail of war impacts people and the environment for generations after the guns have gone silent.

Parents, teachers, nurses, doctors, support staff.
@UNRWA is mourning, Palestinians mourning, Israelis mourning. Ending this tragedy needs #Humanitarianceasefire now.

No, eating organic veg isn't better for you.
BUT organic is more profitable for farmers & improves some measures of soil health (eg microbial activity).
Organic farmers are trying to figure out how to grow food with fewer inputs, and we need that.
