And a great workshop it was too, working at the intersection of #ABM #Simulation and #network . I hope to catch up with participants at both @SocNetAnalysts Sunbelt and @EuroSocSim conferences
Here is the group of the @LaStatale @DipartimentoSPS workshop on #ABM agent-based models of #networks! Two days on the new frontiers of #network #statistical #computational #simulation #modelling with people from @univgroningen @durham_uni @UABBarcelona @UniTrento!

A brilliant editorial from @salthorne at doi.org/10.1111/nin.12634 that summarises everything I hate about systematic reviews. There isn't a step in the protocol labelled "think, synthesis, reflect" so too many reviewers neglect the most essential component

One of my favourite conferences. Gutted that it clashes with something else so I can't go.
The 18th Social Simulation Conference, Uni. Glasgow, 4-8 Sept 2023. Full paper deadline 28 Apr. Workshop proposals 13 April. All aspects of simulation interaction between actors. All welcome. #socialsimulation #abm ssc23-sphsu.online/

If you're an interdisciplinary researcher, you should be particularly concerned about this egregious misunderstanding of what citation measures actually measure: nature.com/articles/d41586-0…

Just did the final tweaks to my presentation for Saturday. Should be an excellent conference (and it's free). Particularly looking forward to the talk by @Pouriaaa as I use the dashboard extensively
