I am not positioned to replace Martin, he’s the man when it comes to commentary and insights. As much as I love jumping in when Martin is taking a well deserved break I wouldn’t want to do more as I’ve got enough going on!

🚨 MAJOR BROADCASTING CHANGE IN F1
Martin Brundle will REDUCE his Sky Sports F1 commentary commitments starting in 2026.
👉 He will no longer cover every Grand Prix weekend.
Jenson Button is positioned as his likely long-term replacement.
Community note
Martin Brundle clarified that he has covered 16 F1 races per year for a good while now and will continue doing so in 2026, with no reduction from prior years.
