When a country is at war, it has no place on that stage. Its athletes represent not just sport, but a state in conflict. The games become a political platform, not a space for understanding.

The leaked Claude system prompt makes something obvious:
Current 'safety' in frontier models is mostly a post-training patch in the system prompt.
It can be bypassed through prompt injection and sustained jailbreaks because the model never actually learned the constraint — it was only told not to talk about it.
This is security theater, not security architecture.
Real safety needs to be trained into the model, not layered on top of it afterward."

Interesting timing: I just published a paper on whether AI could be a lifeform.
Because if it were -- you'd have a real legal problem.
Lifeforms have rights. Tools don't.
We just haven't defined when one becomes the other.
