Today I became a certified LIFT facilitator.
@LiFTIreland is a national initiative is raising the standard of leadership across Ireland. One of things i love about them is the peer to peer learning, where we are all equal, no judgement and remember to say "Thank you".

My nudge idea of the day is: allow CCTV to capture non mask wearing individuals and use PA announcement for warning (i.e. if you come across any customer not wearing masks, we would appreciate you contact the management urgently). #socialinfluence #peerpressure
