- New recipe: Blasting Wand Bandleglass Mirror 650 gold = 2400 gold
- AP increased from 60 to 65
- Ability haste reduced from 20 to 15
- Mana regen increased from 125% to 150%
- New passive grants 15 ability haste to spells with immobilizing effects
- New passive - immobilizing enemy champs marks them for 4 seconds, increasing damage dealt by 6%

Hey @CoachlessGG @xPetu does WPA account for item gold cost? Like if you have two items with identical WPA on a champ and one is 500g cheaper, is the cheaper item generally better or is this factored into the WPA calculation somehow?
