On the 60th anniversary of the March on Washington a white supremacist walked into a store in a Black neighborhood and MURDERED 3 Black people. He MURDERED Black people for being BLACK. He’s not a… gunman, assailant, or any other adjective used to diminish his savagery. He’s a… white supremacist, murderer, a terrorist, a rapacious, barbaric, monster. Governor @RonDeSantis called him a “Scumbag.” His condemnation rings hollow. DeSantis is a RACIST who has done everything in his power to erase the history and contributions of Black people. He has worked tirelessly to suppress their votes and silence their voices. He has made Florida a hostile and dangerous place for Black people to live or visit. Their blood is on his hands.

Never forget how we got here: In 2018, the Association of American Railroads spent $4,737,989, and Norfolk Southern spent $1,025,330, lobbying to reverse the Obama-era ECP brake safety rule that was designed to prevent disasters like this. The Trump administration reversed it.
