Editing can’t fix a mediocre offer Bullshit That’s what I kept seeing for the past months A lot of people say editing will not fix a mediocre offer But they are usually talking from a “decent editing from a single editor” perspective From a sales and positioning perspective, it’s different Video editing can fix it or at least improve it In fact, every strong business already uses something similar They have a brand designer who collects data about Their vision Their goals Their identity Their client profile And then builds a visual system that people recognise The video then becomes a tool to deliver and represent the offer Following that same idea, the editor plays a similar role to a brand designer Understanding all of that and translating it into the content Everything works together to make the offer feel as strong and clear as possible Matching the ICP’s desires and expectations Now the real question is the impact of this on performance Even if the offer itself isn’t perfect The video can still make viewers feel like you understand their problems And it can make the offer feel more premium, which justifies the price based on perceived value But the real question remains Is the offer actually weak Or is it just not being delivered properly to the client

Before starting a video, you need to understand the ICP the video is targeting Every video has a different type of viewer behind it And the editing should match that viewer A talking head video targeting ambitious teens will need more motion graphics to build curiosity and keep attention But when you’re targeting older business owners, they’re more mature So the editing should focus more on clarity and making things easier to understand Representing what the video is talking about clearly That doesn’t mean the editing becomes less advanced It just serves a different purpose

Today I turned 17 This year was crazy Working online made me grow up way faster than I expected I made mistakes, learned a lot, and met some great people A few cool things from this year: - Ran a half marathon - Climbed 2 mountains - Trained MMA for over a year - Studied at one of the best high schools in my country - Worked with the biggest finance creator in my country But honestly, the biggest thing wasn’t any of that It was realizing how much you can do with just a Mac and wifi connection Still got a lot in the journey Next will be 18👀

Back in 2019–2023, we all saw the rise of Iman Gadzhi and his business model He was marketing a new and “effective” way of building a business And we all know he was printing $$$ But his success wasn’t only about his “generational idea” Iman Gadzhi had some of the best production we saw in the space Video editing played a huge role in his influence and growth People all over YouTube started copying his style and trying to recreate it Even though the Iman Gadzhi style is kind of dead now, it showed how big of an impact editing can have Getting people impressed and seeing competitors copy you is a strong sign of expertise And it can be influenced just through your production level

Day 14 of 60 to $1,000 as a video editor. 🧠🎯 Today was a chill one. I let go of editing for a while and just enjoyed the day. Even did a good 2-hour scroll session 😅 But later, I cooked up a short animation that I’m actually proud of. Didn’t have time to post it had a football match too. Might post it tomorrow after the dentist… Or maybe during the beach trip. We’ll see 👀

Editing is your unfair advantage in 2025. Trends are moving fast it’s all about visual-first content now. If your video doesn’t grab attention in seconds, it’s lost. Want your content to stand out? Let’s talk. 👇

You don’t need better content. You need better packaging. Your audience scrolls fast. If it doesn’t look valuable, they’ll skip it. That’s where editing comes in: 👉 Makes your ideas feel premium 👉 Holds attention 👉 Builds trust Ever felt like your content deserves more views? DM me and you will see the results
