Doing the whole Ray Peat/high body temp thing for so long I forget about until other surfers ask me aren’t I cold for wearing such a light wetsuit or people desperate for their jackets while I’m sweating. It adds so much to quality of life and general sense of comfort I’m just always cozy. Feeling exceedingly cold is such a bad sign of health and it’s crazy how many people live like that all the time
