I have now talked to three people with knowledge of this situation and they all confirm that Perry and Jones were told that their bills were no longer being ceremonially signed by the governor at the event.
(The bills were already officially signed so they will still be law)

Louise entered this budget standoff under the rather childish delusion that she was going to clown everybody else, and nobody was going to clown her.

I was at this event. I did not see them get escorted out. However, I did see them in the room before the event started, but not during the event. Jones, Perry, and Spanberger’s team have not answered me yet.

The solution here is simple.
Instead of handing billions to a terror regime dedicated to holding hostages and terrorizing the region, use that same money to build up alternate trade and shipping routes that they don’t have power over.
