Trump's EO from last year has long since needed to collect on its demands and the worst thing the banks and companies got was a letter from the admin. thats it. The EO said it wanted written apologies to the debanked. On top of that, there was the update letter in dec/jan at some point that stated they acknowledged unfairly targeted industries who suffered debanking. why is this all moving slower than pond water? what are you actually doing to end things like the language used in the screenshots by visa and mastercard who use these rules to deny legal sales? the "but not limited to" and never defining it is what has hurt a lot of people in entertainment. but naturally, there are other industries that also have been hurt.

* 50% of children say bypassing "age verification" is easy; 13% find it hard Enables: * ID theft (data sharing, hacks, leaks, scams) and thus more illegal voting * Political activists to leak your ID to murders * Irreparable harm (stolen bio-metric data) * Mass surveillance
Socialism can never *not* be totalitarian

It's wrong for banks and payment providers to interfere even with the content of legal games and manga. Whether the Fed will dramatically solve the problem remains to be seen, but I have high hopes that it will move these issues forward. I especially hope that many Americans will take notice. federalreserve.gov/apps/prop…

The government is asking for public comments on whether banks should be able to deny you from buying legal goods at their own whim (i.e. how they're cracking down on art, subscribestar, itchio) TELL THEM you don't want to be told how to spend your money federalreserve.gov/apps/prop…

The "50-year mortgage" is a disgusting insult. We are Americans. We are not slaves. We are not slaves to the plantation owner. We are not slaves to China. And we are not slaves to Wall Street. This 50-year mortgage idea is a spit in the face. It is an insult. We did not vote for this. We did not vote to become debt slaves to private equity firms, the big banks, and Wall Street. Right now, the median home in America costs $500,000. At the prevailing mortgage rate of 6%, you would have $580,000 of interest payments over 30 years. If we went with this ridiculous, inane idea of a 50-year mortgage, that would be $1.1 million of mortgage payments for a $500,000 home. You would end up paying $1.5 million for a $500,000 house. My grandfather was a World War II veteran. He always told me that we do not want to pass down this national debt to the next generation, to our kids and grandkids, and make them slaves to China. I am not worried about China anymore. I am worried about becoming slaves to Wall Street. And the do-nothing Republicans and know-nothing Democrats seem to be working together once again to push this usury on Americans. It is an absolute insult. If we want to get serious about housing affordability, the crisis staring down my generation, consider this: when my dad was growing up in the 1960s, half of 30-year-olds were married and owned their homes. Today, only 15% of 30-year-olds are married and own a home. If you cannot own your home, you cannot get married. If you cannot get married, you cannot have kids. If you cannot have kids, then what is the point? This is an insult. This is economic genocide against the Gen Z generation, trying to foist this kind of slavery and usury on us. We reject it 100%. If we want to get serious about housing affordability, why not ban Blackstone, one of the largest donors to both parties, from buying up entire neighborhoods and forcing us to rent from them? If we are serious about housing, why not remove the 55 million people here on immigration visas who occupy homes that could go to Americans who have worked, fought, and bled for this country? I am sick and tired of the do-nothing Republicans and the know-nothing Democrats being in bed with Wall Street, forcing us to become debt slaves, forcing us to accept this unrestrained usury. We did not vote for the 50-year mortgage. If this continues, the Republicans will lose the midterms, and they will deserve to.

It is never actually about the children or safety. Julie Grant acknowledges the “under 16 ban” has loop holes and says it isnt actually about keeping kids safe! Julie Grant, who works along side roblox through FOSI and is close with the trust and safety team there, wont ban roblox despite all the problems! They wont ban: discord, twitch, roblox They will ban: kick, youtube, instagram, and more Interestingly, discord and roblox are part of FOSI, but so are a few others that are being banned so im not sure what Grant’s goal is here. Australia is doomed. The clock is ticking and no one has details yet. Julie Inman Grant needs to be globally investigated.

If this is true, then why are we letting american companies get bullied by australians and causing economic damage to Japan? @JDVance @POTUS @visa and @mastercard still use vague language to deny transactions for legal fiction not only here at home but in japan. They have caused stores to shutter and businesses to fail. Australian extremists tied to the corrupt government like @CollectiveShout have influenced our american payment processors. Julie Inman Grant, who praised GARM for censoring not only @POTUS but other “right wing voices” - she is australia’s “e safety commisioner” who is manipulating and demanding american companies bend to their will and even worse, she is part of american censorial group FOSI. Why? FOSI pushes censorship, all the major companies are part of it. Small businesses, artists, print shops, stores, all suffering because of extremism and debanking. I would LOVE to come talk to politicians in DC to fight censorship and protect both american and japanese creative industries. Do not let these issues slide.
.@POTUS to Prime Minister @takaichi_sanae: "I have always had a great love of Japan, and a great respect of Japan... anything I can do to help Japan, we will be there. We are an ally at the strongest level."

Before people start thinking this is significant, I have to do my usual bearer of bad news bears party pooping... Last year, Mastercard and Visa- this was prior their ridiculous rule changes and attacking steam and other platforms in Japan, reached a 30 billion dollar pay out settlement over fees, some of the cases starting back in 2005. And a year prior to that, they had a 5.6 billion dollar settlement. visa and mastercard will not stop being pieces of crap, violating anti-trust, no government will actually do anything, no one will ever be arrested, and this is the world we live in. Year after year, settlement after settlement, nothing ever changes.
Visa and Mastercard agreed to a massive $199.5 million settlement in a lawsuit filed by merchants alleging antitrust violations. The lawsuit alleges that card brands' uniform changes to their policies regarding how they handle chargebacks (losses resulting from unauthorized transactions or fraud) forced merchants to incur unjustifiable expenses. Other defendants, Discover and American Express, previously agreed to pay a combined $32.2 million to resolve merchant claims against them. These issues are only part of the unreasonable behavior perpetrated by international card brands, backed by their overwhelming market share. The recent issue of card company censorship, which threatens content culture, particularly manga, anime, and games, is also a result of their overwhelmingly advantageous position. In Japan, the government must take proactive action to prevent these companies from monopolizing their businesses and ensure fair trade for consumers. I will continue to urge them to do so.
