Feeling lucky that I was one of the few to successfully get ahold of the new RAMBO 4K Complete Collection, and have been enjoying revisiting the films. The Atmos audio in particular has been a huge upgrade, especially for RAMBO: FIRST BLOOD PART II.

I really quite liked KINGDOM and was expecting a sequel to that story, but I can’t deny that I’d be more intrigued by a film that moves closer to the original ‘68 APES.
EXCLUSIVE: After helping relaunch Marvel’s ‘Fantastic Four’ franchise with ‘Fantastic Four: First Steps,’ director Matt Shakman and writer Josh Friedman are getting a shot at another high-profile IP, as sources tell Deadline Shakman is set to direct an untitled ‘Planet of the Apes’ movie at 20th Century with Friedman penning the script.
While not confirmed, sources tell Deadline this will not be a continuation of the most recent pic ‘Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes,’ but a new original story that Shakman and Friedman are developing.

Kosinski did a great job with MAVERICK, but he’s a clinical director whose style feels at odds with what Tony Scott did with the original. TGM came together largely due to the brain trust of Kosinski, Cruise, Bruckheimer and editor @eddiehamilton. Another helmer wouldn’t be bad.

Great to see the ALIEN 3: ASSEMBLY CUT (aka SPECIAL EDITION) gain some traction lately on social media. It's a very worthy film in the franchise. Would love a 4K remaster please @20thHomeEnt 🙏

Finally saw #Scream7. Sadly it’s the worst entry.
Fails to justify its own existence; relying on gimmicks and call-backs, dropping clever plotting or a new spin on the meta commentary.
Pacing felt clunky, bland characters, cheap cinematography and overall amateurish direction.

Finally saw #PredatorBadlands and I'm torn. While entertaining, as a #Predator fan I felt it shifted the character and tone to appease a modern audience, kinda betraying what it's all about. Lacking tension, the video game style action and off-beat humour spoil the broth. 3/5.

There are SO many great 4K Ultra HD catalog titles coming in 2026, it’s ridiculous. People are going to lose their minds. I sincerely hope the industry is working increase the supply of 100GB discs, because we’re gonna need ‘em. @thedigitalbits
