At the General Meeting on 21 February, Josefin Larsson, Royal Institute of Technology (@KTHuniversity), was elected as a new member of the Academy´s class for astronomy and space science. Kristin Aslaug Persson, University of California, Berkeley, and David Drew, Stockholm University (@Stockholm_Uni), were elected new members of the class for chemistry.

Good reminder: we just don't need hydrogen trains. Electric rail has been a thing for about a century. It works wonderfully. India has electrified ~half its massive rail network in five years. I think we can manage here if we wanted to. (I'm looking at you, California).
