7 hours and 671 phone attempts to reach a live agent @CanRevAgency and never got through. I can’t do this day after day. How am I supposed to reach someone because the question I have needs a live person not a bot.

This is so important. It doesn’t hurt to ask how someone says their name if you’re unsure and it costs you nothing to say you’re sorry if you get it incorrect the first time. Just keep trying.
