As Co-Convenor of the 8th International Youth Mental Health Conference, I am proud to announce that our Youth Bursary Scheme for #IAYMH2026 in Dublin is now officially open!
This initiative is deeply important to us. We know that too many young people particularly those facing financial barriers, systemic disadvantage, or limited opportunities miss out on global platforms where their voices are urgently needed. This bursary exists to change that.
If you are a young person aged 18β25 years, passionate about youth mental health, advocacy, lived experience leadership, research, or positive systems change, we want you with us in Dublin from 24β27 November 2026.

When you pay for a service and travel for business, the least you expect is respect and basic customer care from your chosen #airline. Unfortunately, that was not the case with @Qantas@qftravelinsider
My luggage was completely lost for the entire duration of my business trip. I emailed Qantas multiple times with no response whatsoever.
They have now finally returned my suitcase and this is the condition it came back in.
The level of damage, combined with the absolute lack of communication, is unacceptable. It shows a complete disregard for customers and no sense of corporate responsibility.
Thank you, @Qantas , for making my future decisions easier. I will never use an airline that demonstrates such disrespect toward its clients.
Travellers deserve #reliability, #accountability, and basic #respect when things go wrong. I hope raising this publicly leads to better %service and #awareness for others.

I recently travelled on a business trip to Auckland and China with @Qantas Airways on one of the leg, and my luggage was lost in Brisbane on the 30th.
My bag contained important product samples for international meetings materials that could influence multi-million-dollar business opportunities. For three consecutive days, I was repeatedly told the bag had been found and would be delivered to China. I called daily, drove to the airport, and still received conflicting updates from different Qantas departments.
The lack of coordination between Brisbane and Auckland baggage services was alarming. Despite emphasising the urgency and business impact, I was met with apologies but no action. I was told I could access $300, which barely covered the cost of replacing clothes, luggage, and essentials.
Itβs now been over a week, and my bag is still missing across continents, with no confirmed location or resolution. The stress, expense, and poor communication have been exhausting.
#Qantas must do better. Customers especially those travelling for business deserve honesty, proactive communication, and accountability.
