This was my #violin from the ages of 9-27. In 1994 it was stolen from a bar 🙄 ⁦@BFI⁩ . I eventually gave up looking. Yesterday we think we found it on a 2001 auction list. It wasn’t worth much but I played a lot of notes then. The hunt recommences. #hope #strings #eternal

What an incredible achievement. In a culture that celebrated its great artists for whatever audience, of whatever age, Julia would be acknowledged as a national hero. She is unmatched and the team of Axel and her has produced great beauty, fun, insight and love.
Wonderful evening celebrating 30 years of the amazing talent of Julia Donaldson and Axel Scheffler and what a cake! Such a lovely cross section of children’s book professionals and enthusiasts !

You cannot level up the country by levelling down access to arts. Culture is not only for the phases of prosperity. This ill thought through decision to cut @E_N_O will be a massive detriment to society as a whole.

🚨 SOS: Save Our Soils #WorldSoilDay Soils are now the frontline in our battle to protect the River Wye. A huge surplus of manure from chicken factories is being loaded on to fields surrounding the river, fields that are already saturated with nutrients. #SaveTheWye 1/2

Now those who were just acquaintances, or strangers to us, have now become our friends. Indeed, for many of us, our guests have become like family. We ask @10DowningStreet to work with us to find safe and stable housing for both Ukrainian refugees and local people. @SanctuaryFd

Here’s a general rule of thumb for assessing inclusivity. True inclusivity is flexible. It adapts to the individual. It allows for many ways of being and learning. 1/
