RESULT! @SevenTrentWater has DROPPED its plans to 'deal with' excess pollution going into the River Clun by building a pipeline to divert wastewater into the River Onny. I cannot even begin to underline to you what a victory this is for @FishLegal_, @pickeringfish and ultimately every river in the country, just immense. The scandal is that they had to take this case at all and the 16 years the EA have wasted. I now look forward to discussing with @EnvAgencySE the exact detail of the plans they are now going to put in place to save the Upper Lea from extinction.

Great work from @FishLegal_ , shocking that taxpayers money was wasted fighting this case and makes you wonder if the government are actually serious over their claims they want to clean our rivers up 🤔
