This again: 'A simple tutorial for a complex ComplexHeatmap'. This is an end-to-end tutorial (literally, just run the code) for generating a 'ComplexHeatmap' in #R. Original paper is cell.com/cell-reports/fullte… #bioinformatics @QMUL_C4TB @EMR_QMUL @genentech github.com/kevinblighe/E-MTA…

Haaland is too young to remember the great Pele, who already reached 1 000 goals in much less games than Ronaldo.

No flaps/slats extended on take-off, it seems. Could be a mixture of hydraulic and electrical system failure, 'hydraulic' to actually extend the flaps/slats (assuming that the pilots tried to do so before increasing thrust), and electrical to detect that they weren't extended and issue a warning to the pilots.

Government corruption. Majority of governments on the continent siphon money from large infrastructural and other projects, meaning that nothing is ever fully developed. Many countries on the continent are relying on aged infrastructure built by the original European colonizers.

We are devastated to say that our beautiful Isabelle died in the early hours of this morning. We are absolutely broken. However, we want you all not to think of her death, but to honour her by living life as she did: fearlessly, joyously & spontaneously.

You have been a selfless, supportive scientist Kevin. Always willing to share the knowledge even without knowing each other. I could not resist to thanking you in my PhD thesis while back then. Always in my heart you and other pseudonym folks from #Biostars.

@KevinBlighe has helped many people in the bioinformatics community. This github demonstrating how to use ComplexHeatmap by @jokergoo_gu is a gem. Two of my old posts in case they are useful: rpubs.com/crazyhottommy/a-ta… rpubs.com/crazyhottommy/heat… #rstats #bioinformatics #heatmap

I am in a strange space and want to know that I have helped the #bioinformatics (and other) communities. Have I done that? Helping people --putting others first before me-- has been my life's driving message since day 1.

Repeat after me: there is no ideal cluster solution. At one end, all data-points (cells) are a single cluster; at the other, each cell is its own cluster. Everything else is about granularity and resolution. #bioinformatics #scrnaseq #dataviz
