Congrats on the package! Just wondering, how does this package compare to the EnhancedVolcano package (bioconductor.org/packages/re…)? I always felt that package was already quite flexible.
@BillyBostickson too bad dude @KevinBlighe runaway very fast and "answer"he delate...so dude,again
this's not answer,well tell to us what it's "EnhancedVolcano"plots?
‘Enhancedvolcano’ is one of best libraries out there to generate Volcano plots- thanks @KevinBlighe for such a simple method @bioinfblogs@bioinfo_papers
As someone who has been almost entirely self-taught in terms of bioinformatics (though still a novice!), using your excellent EnhancedVolcano package gave me my start in actually getting familiar with data viz. I can only thank you deeply for all you do :)
My #Bioconductor#R#EnhancedVolcano was rejected by numerous journals and is not published anywhere... but has 350 citations. Thanks community for recognising software dev
I plan to cite based on what you have on bioconductor:

@biostar41557 Kevin! We really need to have you some day as a well (as a speaker maybe?!) We are massive fans of your {EnhancedVolcano} 🌋 #Rstats package 📦and grateful for all your contributions and answered questions in #Biostars!
{limma} and then `topTable` straight to {EnhancedVolcano} 🌋📊🎨! Btw, thank you for contributing to #Bioconductor with this R package, it prevents a lot of sad plots from happening 🙂 (see @apreshill save-the-plot hacks for example sad plots) bioconductor.org/packages/de…
