Taylor Frankie Paulās ex husband, Tate Paul, is reportedly outraged by the newly released DV video. According to TMZ, he had never seen the footage until it was posted publicly. Tate allegedly tried to view video from the 2023 incident before, but police and DCFS would not allow it due to privacy concerns.
Taylor had reportedly told Tate that their child was not struck during the incident. However, the 2023 police report stated that a child had a goose egg on their head. TMZ reports that after seeing the video, which appears to show Taylor throwing metal barstools at Dakota while a child was nearby, Tate was beside himself and immediately went to court to seek a protective order.

WATCH: Four weeks ago, a frustrated ICE agent in the sanctuary city of Boston contacted me, telling me a group of anti-ICE agitators had just blown their operation to arrest a Salvadoran fugitive who is wanted in his home country on an arrest warrant for child rape & had been living near a Boston elementary school.
He told me while he & his team were in their vehicles surveilling the target's residence in East Boston & waiting for him to come out, the ICE team was quickly surrounded by activists who blew whistles, cursed at them, and said they were traumatizing children at the nearby school down the street. Their cover was blown, the whole neighborhood was alerted, and the child rapist wasn't arrested.
The agent provided me several videos of the activists interfering that day (February 12th) as they unknowingly protected the child rapist from ICE arrest due to blind opposition to ICE. The agent asked me to sit on the videos until they were able to arrest the target.
Iām told that fugitive target is now in ICE custody four weeks later (arrested March 10th). The agent says the target, a child rapist, was on the streets four weeks longer than he should have been because activists interfered without having any clue who they were protecting - and they dealing with this almost every day.
Iām told his the targetās name is WALTER ROBERTO VIDES-ORTEZ, a Salvadoran national who crossed the Texas border illegally in 2016, the same year that El Salvador issued an arrest warrant for him for the offense of child rape.

The @LGHendersonUtah colluded with the Davis County Clerk to rig the @UtahGOP 2024 Primary election. Both the LT. Gov. and Davis County Clerk publicly gaslighted Gubernatorial candidate @phil_lyman / @NatalieforUtah for questioning the signature verification process. While privately, having the @UtahAG pay @UtahAuditor Dougall, $344, 597 to hire two CPA firms to perform an in-depth signature verification audit. They concluded that @GovCox was short 1,000 signatures needed to appear on the ballot. This audit came to light in June of 2025 by current State Auditor Tina Cannon.

The @UtahAG Records Officer notified me today that he is denying my request for a fee waiver, "due to the lack of any further support for the stated claim" that "the requested record is in the public interest". So, he is charging me a fee of $93.37.
BTW: GRAMA does not require a requester to submit "support" with the request for a fee waiver. But we are dealing with the office of @UtahAG and the most dishonest and ignorant attorneys in the state of Utah work for this agency. I have no doubt that this one has no clue that there is an enormous amount of public interest in this audio.
I will appeal his ruling to Attorney General Brown, in a couple of days. I will cite the amount of views this post gets and comments that are written explaining why what transpired in this meeting is in the public interest. š§µ(2/2)

OK, Iām gonna say something very unpopular. And I havenāt read the articles because Iām just too busy to go down that rabbit holeā¦ But I have lived in the sports world for 55 years. My husband was an athlete at BYU. My kids were athletes at BYU. Yes there are guys who play sports who are aggressive and have no moralsā¦ And BYU has their share in spite of the honor code. And I know how unpopular it is ā blame the victimā but I will tell you girls fawn after athletes like thereās no tomorrow. And they taunt and tease them. They will lie, they will set them up because they want to be in that circle. I have seen it over and over again. the Duke lacrosse case is a perfect example. The story is already smelly.
If Kingston really did harm the girl heāll get a punishment and thatās fair. But if he didnāt- Unfortunately, his life is already ruined one way or the other. The Internet will live forever. This will never go away.

A Mexican-born man can be caught with drugs, guns (including a stolen gun), alcohol, after speeding 107 mph in a 40, killing an innocent woman in a crash, and not be arrested or charged for TWO MONTHS?
And when it finally happens, charges are only manslaughter and providing alcohol to a minor? How is this acceptable? Lisa McGeary deserves justice.
