Good morning everyone. This is Bitty the Holy Terror, news anchor for the Hobby Farm News. By special request I am on the air this morning for a special friend. Casper. My biggest fan and the president of my fan club. This one's for you Casper. @CHEEZIT1350 One short news story that is really old news but has been vastly under reported. Last fall, in the dark of night the Hobby Farm experienced an attack by a predator in the chicken yard. Several of the flock were lost. One chicken was in shock and extremely confused. The food dispensing waitress discovered later that the confused random red chicken was completely blind and unable to find either food or water on it's own. Blind Peetie now lives the life of leisure inside the new chicken coop within 1 foot of water and food in a private suite. Everyone on the farm was convinced that this spoiled blind chicken would soon expire. Who ever heard of a blind chicken? 8 months later and after a cold winter with it's own private heater for warmth, blind Peetie is still here, still surviving, still spoiled and still blind as a bat. The best part of this story is that Fatty puss the escaping chicken survived. The worst is the "MOM" that lives next door asking "how's peetie? and then laughing daily at the waitress when she says "that stupid chicken just won't die!" Well that's all for now. Oh, heck yes! Red ripe Serrano and Jalepenos lots of onion and garlic all in a pot to boil with juuust enough water to cover the veggies. Boil till softened and then blend until thick and smooth. Then thin out with vinegar until desired consistency and tang is right for you. Final blend and salt to taste and 1 teaspoon of cumin per cup of liquid then blend one final time. It cans well if you do this and then hot bath it afterwards. If you want to you can add some sugar to sweeten it up, but usually the ripe peppers are sweet enough. Warning… if you leave the seeds in the peppers, it WILL be spicy. I like it with the seeds!😃
