IL-6 and IL-8 elevations after co-administration of COVID-19 and influenza vaccines are associated with lower anti-spike IgG titers at three and six months post-vaccination
🔥For those still in doubt: don’t take both vaccines together( →4-6 weeks).
➡️"Coordinated activation of cytokines 5 days after dual COVID-19 and Flu vaccination."
➡️"The IL-6 and IL-8 increase negatively correlated with anti-S IgG at 3- and 6-months."
➡️Subsequently the "Inflammatory cytokine response may limit persistence of vaccine-induced antibody response."
‼️So, co-administration may impair long-term COVID-19 antibody persistence due to early inflammatory cytokines (e.g., IL-6, IL-8) negatively correlating with mid-term IgG titers.

ALT Covid safety isn’t an anxiety disorder: A diagnosis for a specific phobia in the DSM 5 requires “the fear or anxiety is out of proportion to the actual danger posed.” Fear responses are an adaptive behavior that can keep us safe. 75.4% of U.S. adults had >1 increased-risk condition (Ajufo et al., 2021). CDC defines high-risk: “racial and ethnic minority groups,” pregnant people, infants, age 65 , developmental disabilities, mood disorders, diabetes, autoimmune, etc. AMA: at least 20-30% of patients will develop LC 200 potential symptoms, across all organ systems Risk increases with each infection (Bowe et al., 2022). 70% of individuals with LC exhibited evidence of damage to at least 1 organ (Li et al., 2023). Covid shows many similarities to HIV/AIDS. It is very reasonable to take steps to avoid infection. The best way to prevent long Covid is to prevent infection. Taking precautions like masks, avoiding large gatherings & limiting time indoors are rational and proportional to risk.
Almost one month ago a young woman named #VioletAffleck made a speech at the UN that inspired hope in many people around the world.
This parody song celebrates her (2nd Verse) & hopefully also acts as a kind of 'pick me up' to all those still masking, often completely alone.😷✊
A massive new peer-reviewed review (161 studies, 2 million patients) makes it clear.
COVID-19 isn’t just a respiratory infection.
It’s a multi-system disease leaving lasting scars on lungs, heart, brain, kidneys, and more.🧵
DAILY MAIL POLL OF THE DAY:
“Should people have to wear face masks in medical facilities, as Violet Affleck suggests?”

I see a ton about long covid from legitimate, scientific sources that if it was even remotely true would have apocalyptic implications, everyone’s heart, lungs, and brain failing at once, and I can’t square it with the world I actually observe every day.
3. Since reinfection with SARS-CoV-2 is the norm, and the risk of developing chronic disease following infection is always present, regardless of how many infections an individual has had, it is inevitable that chronic disease will increase at the global population level.
2. SARS-CoV-2 is a pathogen that can cause both acute and chronic disease. Vaccination reduces the severity of acute disease and the risk of developing chronic disease. However, current vaccines are insufficient to meaningfully reduce ongoing infection and transmission.
Many with such damage won’t even be able to see this, a crucial point.
Anosognosia, lack of insight/awareness into one’s own brain changes, is common after frontal lobe injury.
So of course denial would be rampant.
Of course people would say “I’m fine, nothing wrong with me”
