You cannot convince me this WPA stat isn't a psyop, shadowflame is one of the best AP items in the game. There is no item you can buy that increases your damage more than shadowflame except for rare cases of enemies having 500 MR or your champion having insane AP ratios.

These items all have over 1 million buys this patch & below a -0.30 WPA, a strong sign they are being overbought.
Some may be situational and players are buying them in the wrong spots, such as Thornmail when another teammate can apply Grevious Wounds more effectively or Zhonyas against specific counters like Cait trap.
However, many of these items often have stronger alternatives but are being bought without thought such as Blackfire over Ludens or Umbral Glaive over Hubris.
Further examples of potentially overbought items include Eclipse (-0.45 WPA after 891k buys) or Rapid Firecannon (-0.57 WPA after 800k Buys).
Negative WPA does not automatically make an item bad, but these numbers show why your build choices should be responses to game states rather than always being the same.

The wave slow pushes and most of it dies unless Panth burns ult to get to lane which I guess Panth was maybe planning to do?
Overall as a jg main who doesn't want my laners to grief I would've stayed to last hit cs but not hard push. Pushing the wave is honestly not bad I just account for laners behaving like this in my decision making so i would not have pushed personally.
On behalf of all junglers, I apologize to Pantheon for the terror that occurred in your lane.
You're down an entire cannon wave (200gold) which the darius could freeze and then prevent you from getting more gold and xp, you are more prone to ganks, you can no longer pressure lane.
Real junglers never do this.

Imperial Mandate rework:
- New recipe: Blasting Wand Bandleglass Mirror 650 gold = 2400 gold
- AP increased from 60 to 65
- Ability haste reduced from 20 to 15
- Mana regen increased from 125% to 150%
- New passive grants 15 ability haste to spells with immobilizing effects
- New passive - immobilizing enemy champs marks them for 4 seconds, increasing damage dealt by 6%

Hey @drewlevin can we get this Jax banned? He literally abandoned top lane and started farming jungle camps then ran around base to avoid afk detection. He ended the game the lowest level with only 6 more CS than the enemy support and he didn't get banned?
