This is so important. If a woman says she feels traumatised or what she experienced was traumatic then it was traumatic. Irrespective or what anyone else thinks or how 'easy' the birth looked on paper.
It's important to recognise that birth trauma is subjective and can vary greatly from person to person. What may be traumatic for one individual may not be traumatic for another.
