🇮🇷🇺🇸 Is Iran about to humiliate Trump?
Everything is in place for the U.S-Iran peace deal to be signed today on Trump's 80th birthday.
He's expecting to walk out to the UFC Freedom 250 event on the south lawn of the White House to raputurous applause, pitching the deal as another sign of his success.
But, according to Iran's semi-official Fars news agency, Tehran hasn't made a final decision whether to sign it or not.
They're still "reviewing" the memorandum of understanding’s political, legal, and technical aspects.
If Iran delays the deal, it leaves Vance in Geneva with nothing to sign, and Trump to face the crowds empty-handed, while opponents will say he's being played by Tehran.

🇮🇷🇺🇸 A delegation from Qatar has arrived in Tehran to try and push the peace deal negotiations across the line.
The deal is supposedly being signed this afternoon, but there's been a strong pushback from hardliners in Iran, who see it as selling the country out.
If it's this touch-and-go to get it signed, I don't have much hope for it lasting.
