Recruiting is hard. For athletes, parents, and coaches. Coaches have enough hard already. The athletes who make recruiting easy often have an advantage. ✅ Public recruiting profile ✅ Current contact information ✅ Pinned schedule ✅ Working video links ✅ Academics and intended major listed ✅ Prompt responses to communication ✅ Professional social media ✅ Correct jersey number on profiles ✅ Player sheets available ✅ Clear access behind the backstop ✅ Updated schedules when changes happen ✅ Easy-to-find field locations ✅ Positive energy on and off the field And parents… ❌ Don’t block viewing areas with tents, chairs, or umbrellas ❌ Don’t crowd coaches ❌ Don’t force conversations ❌ Don’t make coaches work to watch your athlete Every obstacle between a coach and evaluating you is an opportunity for them to move on to the next field. A great kick-off to the 2026 season with Fury Platinum National Rice this past weekend! I'm so greatly for these amazing teammates, excited to be part of this team. We made it into the undefeated winner bracket finals, until rain stopped us. I played MI/CF along with .500 OBP
