06/16/2026 Update, LEBcando commentary concerning mail-in voting.
I live in a controlled-rent complex. The landlord put in a small laundromat for residents only. It's open seven days a week until 9 p.m., and the machines were cheap. That didn't stop non-residents sneaking in and abusing the low prices. When new ownership took over, they raised the rates because of all the rule-breakers. Once again, the people who followed the rules got punished for the actions of those who didn’t.
That’s exactly what’s happening with mail-in ballots. Senators like Rick Scott (@SenRickScott) and Mike Lee (@BasedMikeLee) want you to believe it's our problem instead of taking responsibility for a broken system. They helped create this system. Now that it’s been corrupted by fraud, they want to keep using it while pretending it our duty to agree to a government overreach.
I don’t want mail-in voting. I don’t need it. I show up at the ballot box, get checked against the registered voter list, and present my Real ID, I follow the rules.
Enough with the ID process being attacked under false pretenses. This is just another example of plausible deniability that needs to stop.
The fix is simple: get rid of mail-in voting entirely. If any state insists on keeping it, then that state’s representatives should pay for unique serial numbers on every ballot instead of passing the voter ID law that hands over power to government control and the cost and the consequences onto the rest of us.
Stop making honest voters clean up the politicians’ failures.

There is literally *nothing* more important for the Senate to debate and ultimately pass right now than the SAVE America Act.
Everything else pales in comparison.

I've lost count of how many times I've used a community program or service the right way and followed every rule, only for some lawbreaker to ruin it. Then the whole thing gets shut down, and I'm the one who suffers. Hell no!
That's exactly what's happening here. Scott and plenty of other senators use mail-in voting properly, so they act like they shouldn't have to give it up, once again, shifting the weight of their mess onto we the people. Hell no!
They helped create this problem; we shouldn't have to pay for their problem.
The fix is simple and fair: either scrap mail-in voting entirely, or, the state to fork over their own money to put a unique serial number printed on every single ballot. No passing the buck to taxpayers.
And don't even start with federal power grabs like the SAVE America Act trying to force ID requirements on the states. That's not how this is supposed to work.
Easy peasy. Stop making honest citizens clean up the politicians' failures. Make America Great Again. Thanks for your attention to this matter.

Tired of the “think of the children” debt lecture while billions in taxpayer money are being vacuumed up by fraudsters right under your nose. You’re happy to highlight the bill we’re handing future generations, but awfully quiet about the crooks already picking the pockets of the taxpayers funding things today.
