Happy to have been part of this very intresting study by @OSangfelt and team revealing a new #proteome level mechanism for #cancer cells to escape #oncogene induced stress! Findings indicate a new cancer vulnerability for use in #PrecisionMedicine! @karolinskainst @scilifelab

Proteomics approach looks super interesting... not least because you can also pick up some genomic mutation info from the mutated proteins. 2 birds 1 stone? @LM_Orre. #CRUKLung22 PP

Protein-level analysis showing some really interesting aspects of immune inhibition and checkpoint reduction - @LM_Orre also suggesting that some of these wouldn't have been seen using mRNA analysis. #CRUKLung22 PP

Panels of proteomic biomarkers could be very useful when considering immunotherapy response says @LM_Orre. So many functional units... i.e. proteins... are involved in the immunological pathway that 'panel-level' analysis is key. #CRUKLung22 PP

.@LM_Orre showing the six proteomic sub-types of NSCLC - really great advocate for the proteomics POV and its role in cancer diagnostics. #CRUKLung22 PP
