Happy to announce that all tools and data related to our #SubCellBarCode project have been gathered in one place on @scilifelab Data Platform!😃
Just start digging through the material!

For a quick recap of the method, see the thread below!👇
This weeks image for #SciLifeLabArtTuesday is titled ‘SubCellBarCode’ (sent by @MSandProteomics) – a correlation network displaying the subcellular location of 7,000 proteins. Blue (Cytosol), Green (Nuclear), Yellow (Secretory), Pink (Mitochondria). More: instagram.com/scilifelab/
Presentation tomorrow Tuesday in Flemingsberg: Find your protein localization with the Human Cell Atlas and SubCellBarCode. In 20 minutes, two Open Science databases in which KI researchers are involved will be presented. kib.ki.se/en/whatsup/events/…
Interesting!
It looks like the #HiRIEF#proteomics method that we used to generate the data for the #SubCellBarCode project (PXD006895) has a very high potential for reaching even deeper into the peptidome, further improving the protein sequence coverage. We just need faster MS😀
