We are urging President Trump to protect major energy and mining projects from retroactive permit vetoes by adding guardrails to EPA’s Section 404(c) authority. Read more about our letter to the White House in @politico : eenews.net/articles/energy-g…

Well … isn’t this a strange turn of events! Did the Uranium @HillaryClinton sold to Russia end up being sold to Iran after @BarackObama gave them pallets of money! You know if this MATCHES, you're both going to jail, right! Obama’s Presidency wasn’t as controversy free as they all want everyone to believe!

HillaryClinton would you care to comment on this uranium before they test it and match it to what you sold to Russia? BarackObama did Iran use the pallets of cash you gave them to buy the above uranium from Russia? You know if this MATCHES, you're both going to jail, right?

As President Trump and the Republican-led Congress work to unleash American energy and mineral dominance, we must ensure the Section 404(c) authority can no longer be weaponized to derail good projects for political purposes. That’s why I introduced my Reducing Permitting Uncertainty Act in the House, and I’m glad to see efforts made by @fixtheepaveto to encourage the Trump administration to advance this much-needed reform through executive action!

Please read the Sackett v. EPA decision carefully. It sharply limits what counts as Waters of the United States under the Clean Water Act. The Pebble veto relies on an overly broad interpretation that Sackett rejects. Use that ruling to vacate the veto and let the full permitting process run on science and facts, not politics. This is the clean legal path forward.

🏔️ NAK Nation 🏔️ Something significant happened yesterday that most people following the Pebble Mine story have not connected to the bigger picture. The Department of Interior transferred 1.4 million acres of land along the Dalton Utility Corridor to the State of Alaska. Secretary Burgum called it a decisive action that puts Alaska at the forefront of American Energy Dominance. Governor Dunleavy said it simply. President Trump delivered when other presidents did not. That phrase is worth sitting with for a moment. President Trump delivered when other presidents did not. Think about what that means in the context of everything NAK Nation has been following. The Alaska Statehood Act has been on the books since 1959. For decades the federal government fell short of its obligations to Alaska under that law. This administration fulfilled more than 96 percent of Alaska's statehood land entitlement in a single transfer. The same executive order that authorized this transfer is titled Unleashing Alaska's Extraordinary Resource Potential. That is the same executive order family as the day one order President Trump signed on January 20 2025 specifically addressing Alaska's locked up resources. Now connect a few dots. H.J. Res 140 permanently reversed the Biden era Minnesota mining ban on April 27. The Dalton Corridor land transfer fulfilled long overdue Alaska statehood obligations on May 6. The SPEED Act and PERMIT Act passed the House and are advancing in the Senate. The new WOTUS rule is being finalized. And oral argument in the Pebble Mine court case is set for June 25. These are not isolated developments. They are pieces of the same picture. An administration that transfers 1.4 million acres of land to Alaska to fulfill statehood obligations that previous presidents ignored is not going to leave the world's largest undeveloped copper deposit locked up by an illegal Obama Biden preemptive veto that the Supreme Court's own unanimous Sackett ruling has made legally indefensible. Governor Dunleavy said it about the land transfer. I will say it about Pebble Mine. President Trump will deliver when other presidents did not. Starting Monday I am launching a series walking NAK Nation through everything you need to understand about June 25 oral argument. What it is. Who Judge Gleason is. The five strongest legal arguments against the veto in order of strength. What to watch for on June 25. And what the realistic outcomes mean for the investment thesis. The next 45 days are the most consequential in this project's history. Do not miss a single post. Follow me directly on X. Follow Tye. Follow Kris. Follow Joseph. And share this with everyone in your network who follows this story. The NAK Pebble Mine Community disappears at the end of May. The story does not. Stay locked in NAK Nation. 🇺🇸🏔️ #NAKNation #PebbleMine #Alaska #DaltonCorridor #AlaskaStatehoodAct #Burgum #Dunleavy #CriticalMinerals #NorthernDynasty #AlaskaComeback #CopperDemand #OralArgument #June25 #PermittingReform #SPEEDAct #Unleashing Alaska #TrumpDelivers
Alaska is taking control of its future. The transfer of more than 1.4 million acres in the Dalton Utility Corridor marks a major step toward fulfilling statehood land promises and expanding opportunities for energy, infrastructure, and economic growth. blm.gov/press-release/interi…
