Well done to our Whittaker memory service in Tameside, who were finalists in the @NursingTimes Awards last night.

Hello @VodafoneUK I have been on your web chat this evening for 60 minutes trying to cancel an account I no longer need. I’ve been redirected / put on hold/connected to the wrong teams and after an hour was disconnected from the chat. This is disgraceful.

hello @RedLetterDaysUK - I have been trying all weekend to cancel a booking made via a voucher. Your faq says to contact the venue but there are no details for them on the site or booking. Found no on net but no reply. Can you help?

Spent all bloody night writing an xml site map generator in #golang - it’s nearly there.
Far more productive to make something you need I think than just do the tutorials 😀
