My friend Rondale Moore would have turned 26 years old today. I wanted to make a post in his memory and remind everyone that mental health matters. It doesn’t care if you’re rich or poor, young or old, famous or unknown. It can affect anyone. No matter what we accomplish in life, nothing is more important than our mental health. I pray for Rondale and his family today, and I hope he knew just how loved he was. I also hope anyone reading this remembers that you are loved too, and that it’s OK to ask for help when you need it. I know the salary cap can get confusing, so let’s clear up one misconception about L’Jarius Sneed 👀 His cap hit this year is NOT going to be $5M. His contract is worth up to $5M, but because he only played a handful of games last season, those incentives will almost certainly be classified as NLTBE (Not Likely To Be Earned). What does that mean? 💰 If he earns those incentives, they hit the 2027 cap, not the 2026 cap. After accounting for the Top 51 rule, adding Sneed likely costs the Chiefs around $1M or less against this year’s cap.
