We often see orgs wanting to rush to the development phase, resulting in learning experiences that miss the mark, aren’t effective or need to be redone. A strong process that gives time to each phase saves money and energy, and creates a better end result the first time around.

I see lots of orgs rushing to build learning experiences and get something live, without taking time to clearly agree and describe the reasons for the experience or its intended benefits. This means it’s hard to know if your learning experience is having the impact you want.
