Never made sense to me to deprecate Commands and munge them with Skills. I blame Anthropic for this but OpenAI didn't have to follow them here.
Plz fix @thsottiaux@embirico@jxnlco
this is such an incredibly dumb decision @thsottiaux
skills get loaded in context, i dont want my 1938413 possible slash commands to be loaded into context, since they aer not relevant most of the time
command != skill
Thought I'd try out Codex's new Computer Use capabilities on a complex 3D task. I have an in-progress Home Office redesign project that's been languishing in SketchUp for a while. Wanted to see if Codex could use Computer Use to control it (it can) and reason about 3D problems (it can). But the thing that's blowing my mind right now is that it found a more precise and faster way to get the work done, which is to open up the SketchUp in-app Ruby Console and write Ruby code to it (via Computer Use) in order to create and arrange the objects.
Mind. Blown.
