Using this post to remind everyone that Sean Hogg, who raped a 13yo girl in Scotland, has only been sentenced to community service and 3 years on the register. He is serving no jail time and lives in his victims community. This is the reality of anti-feminist prison abolition.

🚨 CORRUPT JUDGE. This is Lady Maggie Scott — a senior Scottish judge. She allowed convicted child rapist (below) Daniel Cieslak to walk free with an absolute discharge after he raped a 12-year-old girl. Instead of a conviction for rape, she said the child “looked over 16” and let him off completely — no jail, no sex offenders register. In another case, she praised Algerian rapist Hamadache Hamza for “overcoming his difficult background” and setting up a hairdressing business, after he brutally raped a woman leaving her with internal injuries. These are the people deciding justice in Britain. No wonder victims lose all faith. No wonder predators laugh at the system. Name them. Shame them. SACK THEM. Protect our children.

Three women every week, week in week out, month in month out, year in year out…

She says what’s happening to her, as it happened. Not even knowing her opponent was actually a man. Imagine being sexually assaulted, reporting it immediately, then finding out it was a boy. Then imagine the school, prosecutors, and the state telling you it was consensual.

Feminists speaking from privileged positions must stop failing working-class girls. The victim blaming, disbelief, and accusations of lying come from a vile classist mindset. I hope Sophie and her family get all the support they need. A guilty verdict does not always feel vindicating after long, traumatising proceedings. #SophieOfDundee

The sentences handed to four young activists for taking direct action at an Israeli arms factory are completely disproportionate and wrong. They've been sentenced for a "terrorist connection" they were never charged with. A clear miscarriage of justice and dangerous precedent.

“The rape didn’t last long enough” There is not enough anger in the world to account for how little sexual violence against women just doesn’t matter in society.

Indeed. It doesn’t matter if the fingers are male or female, it’s sexual assault. And if people defend this as a normal thing in wrestling, then wrestling needs a hard drive check.
Replying to @nicolelampert
There is no sport in which any woman or girl consents to digital penetration of her vagina by an opponent. This decision is despicable.

THIS IS JUDGE MAGGIE SCOTT She let child rapist Daniel Cieslak, who raped a 12-YEAR-OLD girl, WALK FREE from her courtroom. But guess what? Not only that! She gave him an ABSOLUTE DISCHARGE, despite him pleading GUILTY. She also sparked outrage by praising Algerian rapist Hamadache Hamza for settling in Britain and setting up a hairdressing business. She said that the predator deserved “credit” for overcoming his “very difficult background” to become a successful business owner in Scotland

A new report by @Right2Equality shows that victim-blaming and gender bias are rife in family courts, with women regularly discredited and blamed by senior judges. independent.co.uk/news/uk/ho… 'Two young girls were separately raped, repeatedly, by three teenage boys. The ordeals were filmed by the boys, and they were convicted of a total of 10 counts of rape between them. But Judge Nicholas Rowland spared the boys from jail, saying that he wanted to “avoid criminalising these children unnecessarily”. The public outcry against the outcome of the case – where the needs of the boys were clearly prioritised over those of the girls – has resulted in the prime minister stating that the case will be sent to the Court of Appeal. But this is by no means the only case in British courts where judges have made decisions and statements that appear to be completely misaligned with the needs of girls and women. A report from Right to Equality has found that gender bias and victim-blaming language are found in 72 per cent of analysed family court judgments containing domestic and sexual abuse – primarily from judges. The report found that the most prevalent form of victim-blaming was discrediting (233 instances), followed by behavioural blame (173) and trivialisation (99), with the behaviour of mothers scrutinised and criticised, while fathers’ conduct was contextualised or minimised. Women were far more likely to be described by judges as “emotional” – a well-documented gender stereotype.'

When serious sexual offences are met with community orders instead of life sentences, we send the wrong message to victims and perpetrators alike. The future of offenders cannot outweigh the trauma carried by women and girls who will suffer with the consequences of these crimes for the rest of their lives.

One of the things we don't talk about enough is what a hypersexualised culture does to young girls. I remember being around 13 and already scared of "heterosexual" sex because were told it was inevitable, that it would hurt, that penetration was something that had to happen to "take away" your virginity, and that boys would expect things things such as a blow job. When I said I didn't want that, I was mocked, dismissed, and told when I grow up I'd want that for myself. Meanwhile, boys are raised to look forward to sex, to see it as something they gain and take from girls. Girls, on the other hand, are prepared to expect discomfort, pressure, even humiliation as part of the experience. This is a very fucked up way to socialise children and teenagers, and I hope none of you are passing these ideas on to your kids.

Last year, during an earthquake, they let women die under the rubble because sharia law prohibits men that are not relatives to touch women. Given that all women were dismissed from their work and they can no longer practice nor study medicine, and since male doctors are not allowed to touch women that are not their wives or relatives, many women will perish. Every single last Taliban needs to be lined up, shot, and buried in an unmarked mass grave. These people are savages that do not deserve to live. If Afghanistan ever gets rid of that plague, Afghan women better South Korea that country on the fertility front. I’m sorry, but the American army spent 20 fucking years and bazillions in equipment, and the Afghan army folded in 5 min, letting the Taliban take over. The Taliban maybe savages, but the rest of the Afghan men are useless. Ending their blood lines is the right thing to do.
Maternal deaths in Afghanistan could rise by 50% this year. After the Taliban's ban on contraception, women are being forced to give birth without doctors, miscarrying without treatment, and losing access to even basic medicine.

depression for not having sex and having to change diappers poor thingd
Until a decade ago, there was almost no research into men’s transition into fatherhood. But as a younger, more hands-on generation of fathers grows, “paternal postpartum depression” has become a phenomenon experienced by an estimated one in ten fathers of newborns and up to 25 percent of men with a 3-to-6-month-old baby. “They are going through a phase their own fathers didn’t go through,” Darby Saxbe, a professor of psychology, said. “As men are becoming more involved in parenting, they’re experiencing a lot of the same risks moms have been going through.” Paternal mental-health crises are a by-product of the movement toward egalitarian parenting, but fully realizing that equality requires taking new fathers’ struggles seriously. At the link in our bio, Emi Nietfeld speaks to men who’ve experienced paternal postpartum depression and reports on the crisis: nymag.visitlink.me/N30-AU

He shoved his fingers through her spandex, digitally penetrating her. The victim shouted to her mom that his fingers were inside her "c**chie." This is so disturbing. She's a 15-year-old girl & this young man assaulted her in public in a wrestling match.
This is a sexual assault—unknowingly captured by a mom filming her daughter’s wrestling match. Kallie didn’t know her opponent was male. But she knew something was very wrong. Today @ADFLegal helped Kallie sue the WA officials who placed gender ideology above her safety. 🧵⬇️

Spanish girl, 12, is gang-raped by five classmates at birthday party - but they only face a week's suspension because they are too young for criminal charges trib.al/ta1JIlY
Community note
The boys did not "gang-rape" the girl. The case involved sexual harassment of lifting the skirt & touching her butt ("los alumnos levantaron la falda a la chica y la tocaron el culo") and it is inappropriate & irresponsible to report the incident as "gang-rape". abc.es/espana/castill…
