All of these documents reveal that #Somaliland was a member of ICAO on June 25, 1939. The question we need to ask ICAO is on what legal basis they transfered Somaliland airspace to the failed state of 🇸🇴 where FL 260 had been issued on their airspace. Somaliland has to sue ICAO.

Deni's re-election in Puntland received well in Somaliland albeit his recent belligerence. He's strong enough to face off with Hassan following the latter's failure to unseat him. Reports say Ethiopia trying to reconcile Bihi and Deni.

Rashid, maashallah, is deeply conscientious. Only minds free of clannism are that blessed. Growing in EastAfrica, he's never been a beneficiary of clans' spoils of war. He has excelled minus the clans. That pains clan marketeers.

Somaliland should consider taking its case to ICJ for arbitration. It fulfills the provisions of Montevideo Convention for statehood. Abyei and Kenya-Somalia border cases resolved by ICJ. Any move by Somalia to reject ruling will be counter productive.

Ethiopia should immediately recognize Somaliland and sign defence pact even before the seaport deal. A Somaliland collapse will be disastrous for Ethiopia's security. Somalians and al-Shabab already mobilizing.
