We need to move NFTs onto the layer 2 ecosystem to cut fees. However, doing that *right* requires good cross-rollup portability standards, so the ecosystem can avoid getting locked into one particular L2.

Imagine a marketplace with tokenized code modules represented by #NFTs. Each NFT would link to an #IPFS hash containing the code.
Developers could then buy the NFT as a license to use it as a plugin or could rent it and pay for service based usage.
