Lite Strategy Q3 FY 2026 results are in. Key highlights: - Repurchased 1,491,595 shares at $1.21 avg, all below book value - Covered call program generated $0.7M in net proceeds since inception, 100% OTM expiry rate - Preclinical development within our pre-clinical program in non-oncology disease indications as a potential source of non-dilutive capital through out-licensing or sale This quarter we continued generating yield on $LTC and taking deliberate action to build lasting value for shareholders. The buyback accelerated to 10x the pace of Q2 through disciplined capital allocation while the core treasury position remains fully intact. Our mission remains the same: $LITS is built to bridge institutional capital to $LTC and deliver actively managed exposure that no passive vehicle can replicate. Payments. Privacy. Hard money.

NEW: The CLARITY Act reached the Senate floor, and it makes the first real attempt to put a legal line around what decentralized actually means. That line is going to sort the networks that launched open from the ones that have been calling themselves open ever since. You can't cross over to the right side of it after the fact. $LTC has been on the right side of that line since 2011.

The thing that stands out about this chart is how boring it looks at first glance, and how loud it is once you sit with it. Five years of institutional capital quietly accumulating $LTC through regulated vehicles, through bear markets, through the worst altcoin sentiment of the last decade, through a regulatory environment that didn't even have a name for what @Litecoin was until recently. And the line just keeps going up. The market is going to look very different once it catches up to what this chart has been showing for years.
This is total @litecoin held across institutional products going back to 2021. I see a few things when reading this chart: Lite Strategy and the largest trust are both toggled off in this view, so what you are looking at is roughly 480,000 $LTC accumulated by everyone else. The steady slope shows that demand has been accruing quietly for years. Every product displayed is a passive accumulator that holds the coin and waits. @LiteStrategy is built differently. We manage the position actively rather than parking it.

Reliability is the one aspect of payments that can't be engineered in advance. You can build a faster chain or a cheaper one and still not have the only quality that matters for money people depend on: a long record of nothing going wrong. This track record cannot be fabricated or marketed into existence. It accumulates over time because the only way to achieve 15 years of consistent operation is to invest those 15 years building and maintaining that reliability. $LTC represents the kind of reliability that a treasury can genuinely rely on.

The detail worth sitting with is the team behind @LitecoinVM. The fact that builders who moved hundreds of billions in volume chose $LTC as their next foundation tells you everything about where serious capital and talent see the ecosystem heading. This is the kind of activity that shapes the next institutional rotation.
Bitcoin has 70 to 80 secondary networks built on top of it. Ethereum has 100 . @litecoin has one: @LitecoinVM @CryptoRocky and @circle_crypto built a quarter trillion in lifetime volume on QuickSwap, then chose Litecoin as their foundation for LitVM for the same reason I structured @LiteStrategy's treasury around it. The Litecoin network has run flawlessly for over 14 years. The community is focused and hungry for innovation, and when you have a single platform handling upgrades instead of dozens competing, capital and development doesn't fragment, it concentrates. LitVM's testnet is already showing traction with 40 million txs and counting & no external incentives. Its great to see this kind of innovation in the ecosystem!

The path forward for $LITS is narrower than most DAT companies, and that's the point. We're focused entirely on Litecoin, carving out our own niche with disciplined buying and real market expertise, while making sure both the asset and the ecosystem keep moving forward in sync. Everyone is asking whether ETFs will compete with what we do at @LiteStrategy. Grayscale announced last year that it intends to convert its Litecoin into a spot ETF, and Canary's Litecoin ETF has traded on Nasdaq since launch. My answer is no, they won’t. Here’s why:

In May, Litecoin stayed above 200,000 daily active users every single day, with a high of 237,000 on May 20. A network that keeps doing its job whether anyone is watching or not.

NEW: The Litecoin Foundation's @nexuswallet shipped its biggest update yet, adding native gift card purchases at major retailers paid directly in $LTC. It builds on the wallet's existing Flexa integration, which already covers in store payments across thousands of merchants. Every payment can route through MWEB and Tor, keeping amounts and addresses private when you want them hidden.

ETFs track Litecoin. DATs like Lite Strategy compound it. We have five levers to generate shareholder value that passive wrappers don’t: - ATM issuance at a premium to NAV - Buybacks at a discount - Covered-call premiums - Strategic investments - A compounding NAV premium Regardless of macro conditions, our mission is to grow LTC-per-share, and our active treasury program is how we get there.

2 ways to get institutional crypto exposure: - An asset still waiting on classification with regulatory risk hanging over it - An asset with commodity status from both the CFTC and SEC and a spot ETF on Nasdaq Choose wisely.

In 2024, average institutional crypto exposure was roughly 5% of AUM. Fast forward in 2026, it's approximately 9% and climbing. That capital needs regulated paths into digital assets and right now those paths barely exist beyond Bitcoin and Ethereum. $LITS is the bridge that opens that path for Litecoin.
